As you all know, I participate in Nanowrimo during the month of November. This means it literally begins November 1, and lasts until 11:59 pm November 30. One full month of writing. Will you meet your writing goal or will you be left in the dust by your competitors? There's only one way to find out: JOIN! LOL Last year I met some awesome people through this event, and while we were competing (as in we were both trying to "win", by reaching our word count goal), we still encouraged and supported one another! It's a really cool thing.
Anyway, I was surfing their website today (nanowrimo.org) because they made some interesting changes to the design. One such interesting thing is the ability to add widgets.
I may live to regret this, but I'm going to post the "My Month" widget from Nanowrimo. This way, maybe I'll be shamed into writing every single day or else face the sad horrible red squiggle that day! If any of you are interested in trying Nano this year, add me as a writing buddy!
